Hi lovelies!
Sorry for having been MIA for over a week, I was very very tired. But I'm back this week with a gorgeous, magical, simply unique polish from Ms. Sparkle for The Polish Pickup. Next month's theme is fandom inspired polish. Any idea what this is inspired by?
Oh yes, Mean Girls! This polish is called "You can't sit with us!" It has so much going on, exactly like those four girls. It's a sheer grey crelly with unicorn pigment, spectraflair, magic holo micro flakies, red hilite and three different types of ucc flakies (orange/red/yellow, purple/magenta/gold and pink/yellow/green). It's opaque in two thin coats and constantly changes appearance under different lights and angles. Shown here with glossy top coat.
The holo and hilite sparkle in the sun and give it a more gold and pink hue:

Of course, flakies need to be mattified:
And I was very curious about what it would look like with some pink stamping. I took Ya Qin An coral/pink stamping polish and a candy image from BPX-L007.
The pink did not stand out as much as I had hoped.. but still cute.
So then I tried some classic black stamping and I loved it! This is BPS black and BPX-L018, a bit of fall stamping!
I really love the last combo.
So what do you think about this polish? I'm very curious to see the other brands' fandom inspired polishes; last month's pickup was huge and consisted solely of gorgeousness. Well, if Ms. Sparkle's polish is any indicator, we're off to a good start!
