Wheel B8: Sheer Toppers from Cult Nails and Other Brands

There are fewer polishes involved than usual for a Nail Wheel Wednesday because today I've got sheer toppers, swatched on their own and over black. Some I would wear by themselves, while some are much more attractive used as a topcoat over a darker color.

11. to 20. Same as 1 through 10 over black creme (Wet 'n' Wild Wild Shine Black Creme) [most toppers are one coat; 13, 17, and 18 are two]
