Man Runs Out NAKED After Woman Caught Him Raping Daughter.

A naked man got into the police net while he was trying to escape after raping his girlfriend’s daughter. 29-year-old Shalin Ren Payne, of Georgia, who is a convicted felon, raped his girlfriend’s daughter while babysitting her.

Police said that Payne broke the bathroom door while the girl was inside,  choked and then raped her as her 4-year-old brother watched on.

The mother of the girl, who has not been identified to protect the identity of the victim, came home to find Payne on top of her daughter, WWWN reports. The woman grabbed a glass dish and broke it over his head in an effort to stop the rape but Payne attacked the woman and fled.

Cops were called to the home and when they spotted the rapist, they stopped to arrest him as he ran away without pants. Payne, who is being held without bail was charged with rape, sexual battery, aggravated assault and aggravated sodomy.

The rapist who has previous convictions for aggravated assault, robbery and theft was recently released from prison after serving two years for robbery.
